"Modern style hotel, Value for money"

We have stayed at Rafayel for 6 nights. I did my reservation in advance and fixed price which should be considered as value for money (153 pounds) for high season in London. Only criticism would be that the room we were initially in had a very strange odour which was quite unpleasant, on informing the front desk they arrange for us to move to another room which was much appreciated.
